Don’t be picky

On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.
Matthew 9:12

This verse talks about Jesus saying to the Pharisees that He didn’t come to call the righteous but sinners (v13). This event took place when Jesus called Matthew, a tax collector, to follow Him. The Pharisees then asked the disciples why Jesus was having dinner with tax collectors and sinners.

As followers of Christ, we should not be picky on who we share Jesus’ love to. We should not judge others because we too, are sinners. We can still be friends with ‘non-Christians’ but we must make sure to follow Jesus, not them.
