All things work together for our good…

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

I’m sure everyone of us asks for anything from God. But what is our response when God does not give it to us? Sometimes we accept it wholeheartedly. But more often than not, we grumble and bombard God with a lot of questions.

This promise of Romans 8:28 has two conditions: One, we love God and second, which is often overlooked, who have been called according to His purpose.

Whether God answers our prayers or not, let’s remind ourselves that God sees the reward of a lifetime. Make a mental note of Proverb 3:5-6 every time God does not give us of what we ask for. Remember, our petitions does not fall on deaf ears. God just knows what’s best for us.
